From Prokofiev’s Alexander Nevsky. Movement V — “The Battle on the Ice.”

Just finished my run of this with the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra. Now that I’m done, I realize how rewarding an experience it was. This was my first time doing this cantata, and I’m pretty sure it was my first time singing with the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra.

Jax people who missed it; they’re broadcasting it on 89.9 fm on Monday at 7:00pm. The music is fabulous and the process of working on it was so fun.
